End-to-end encryption (E2EE) is the highest level of communication security protection. Data is encrypted only on the sender's device and decrypted after reaching the receiver's device. During transmission (including servers), information remains in encrypted form throughout, ensuring that no third party other than the communication parties (including network operators or service providers) can intercept or read it.
The spatial key is the unique credential for accessing plaintext content during encryption and decryption, consisting of a 128-bit completely random character sequence
Your space key is generated when the space is created. After creation, the key will be encrypted locally using the password you set. After encryption, the encrypted data will be stored on our server, and our server will never possess or temporarily possess your plaintext key in any form
Once a space is created, the space key cannot be changed, so the space key password is used to protect your space key
If you have lost your space key, you can verify the space key password in the space settings to view and download your plaintext key. However, please note, if you forget your password at the same time, you will permanently lose your plaintext key, and we cannot decrypt it for you
